Personal data is collected, processed and used exclusively in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations. Therefore, our practice in the field of data protection is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), and also in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts.
We assure you that no personal data will be collected outside the scope of this website without your consent. Only you decide whether and to what extent you want to provide your personal data – for example, by registering, subscribing to a newsletter, etc.
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier (such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier) or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (Article 4(1) of the GDPR). REASONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data collected and provided is part of our activity. Otherwise, we would not be able to provide our services to our clients and other data subjects to the required extent. We process personal data for the following purposes:

HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Controller processes your personal data either manually or using electronic systems. The Controller has taken all necessary and necessary measures not only of a technical, but also of a personnel and control nature, so that the level of protection of your personal data is as high as possible.
